• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or 
  exceeding targets
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure it is strong presence
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Generating revenue & handling distributor relationship
• Ensure that team implements promotional strategies and marketing activities. 
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. 
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team 
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Implement and track performance management process.
• Drive monthly targets through the team
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Set clear objectives for the team and ensure that objectives are clearly understood and complied by
• Accountable for the performance and results of the team.
• Responsible for day-to-day management, setting objectives, mentor and developing employees, performance appraisal, determination of reward outcomes.
