Job Description

We are looking for Call Center Executives for domestic process who are fluent in  English, Kannada and should have a good system knowledge.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

.      1.Proficient in relevant computer applications

        2.Excellent data entry and typing skills

        3.Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills

        4.Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately

        5.Fluent in Kannada and English.

        6.Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.

Role & Responsibility

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customers
  2. Management and resolve customer complaints.
  3. Research required information using available resources
  4. Route calls to appropriate resources
  5. Follow up customer calls where necessary
  6. Resolve escalated customer complaints
  7. Complete call logs and reports
  8. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  9. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
